(07) — Questions

Before you press go.

When is my 2025 U.S. tax return due?
Individual returns (1040 and 1040-NR) were due April 15, 2026 and extend to October 15, 2026. Partnership and S-corporation returns (1065, 1120-S) were due March 16, 2026 and extend to September 15, 2026. A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro-forma 1120 on the April 15 / October 15 schedule. The clock at the top of this page shows the next one.
Can I open a Florida LLC without a Social Security Number?
Yes. We form the LLC on Sunbiz, obtain the EIN from the IRS without an SSN, and can provide the registered agent, a U.S. business address and bank-account assistance — all remote, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Nothing is submitted or paid to an agency before a person at Maua reviews it.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
A Florida LLC is $650 all-in (state fee, EIN and operating agreement included). The Nonresident Launch Bundle is $1,200. A Form 1040 return starts at $375; 1065 and 1120-S returns start at $800; 1040-NR returns are quoted before any work begins. You approve an itemized quote and e-sign an engagement letter first — nothing is billed before that.
Should my rental property be inside an LLC?
Often, but not always. Deeding a mortgaged property into an LLC can trigger Florida documentary-stamp tax and a lender's due-on-sale clause. We explain both before you file and, from July 2026, can set up a Florida protected series LLC for multiple properties. When an attorney is needed, we say so.
What happens after I press "Build my plan"?
Your answers open a lead in our system and pre-fill the right intake form, so the next page already knows you. You finish the intake at your own pace (save and resume from any device), a specialist reviews it within one business day, and your quote and engagement letter arrive in your portal and by email.
I am not sure which form or bundle I need.
Pick the closest option — we confirm it before any work begins, at no charge. Or message a specialist on WhatsApp in English, Spanish or Portuguese; we usually reply within the hour.
